Daraauf bin ich vorher gerade im www. gestoßen, sollte dem einen oder anderen hier sicher weiterhelfen ;)
Das Feature, Binds auf Tastenkombinationen zu legen finde ich sehr gelungen, so kann man hier mit 2 Tasen alle Spielerklassen abdecken! Vor allem wenn man bedenkt, das für Die Seiten ohnehin schon F5 und F6 vorgesehen sind, eine super möglichkeit um immer ein Klassenskript parat zu haben.

warum kann es denn nicht ein spiel geben, wo keiner an der config rumfummeln kann ?

es kommt ein neues spiel mit super grafik raus, als erstes wird die config getuned um sich einen vorteil gegeüber anderen zu verschaffen :!:
alles was eigentlich der atmosphere dient wird zugunsten der frags abgeschaltet,
wetter, schatten, pixel, ...
scripte, zur klassenauswahl :roll:
binds für den selfkill sind ja auch etabliert, gedanken macht sich vielleicht keiner mehr darüber, aber im grunde wäre selbstmord ja das ende :wink:

ich kauf mir wohl doch ne console um unter gleichen vorraussetzungen mal gegen andere zu spielen :lol:

für Konsole gibts doch die gleichen Modifikationen (nur macht es da nicht die breite Masse)

Meiner Meinung nach können so Klassenskripte doch recht sinnvoll sein, mit "nen Vorteil" verschaffen hat das meiner Meinung nach auch wenig zu tun, es geht wohl mehr um die bequemlichkeit, statt maus zu bewegen, einfach 2 tasten zu drücken zb. (beim Klassenskript)

des weiteren kann ich bei mir sagen @config, wenn ich nichts machen würde an meiner cfg, würd qw net wirklich spielbar laufen, soll heißen mit 10 fps ist es nicht spielenswert, insofern kommt mir die möglichkeit gut gelegen...

und dinge wie mapoverbrightbits etc. sind meines Wissens in Quakewars ohnehin nicht mehr akviiert, so das sich "nen Vorteil verschaffen" wohl ziemlich rausfallen würde.

teils auch um die schnelligkeit eim respawn. aber ich glaub bei quakewars wirds nicht soviel grafiktuning wie bei et geben da man eh die zeichen überm kopf vom feind hat und ihn damit schon früh genug sieht.
